Ashley and Francine have a 500 square foot garden plot on Bank Buildings which has not been tended for many years.
NB: this is available at a peppercorn rent
It’s an East-facing plot where access is via fairly steep stone steps (with newly-fitted, secure hand rail), and the ground itself slopes down to the River Derwent, so it’s not particularly suitable for ‘gentle’ gardeners. However, it’s a lovely, quiet setting and, like other gardens in the same spot, it should be quite fertile!
