
The plans, drawn up by Clowes Developments, will see 69 residential dwellings and – with the conversion of the Dye House building – 4,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial space. Some existing industrial buildings will be demolished.
Councillor Erik Johnson of Belper Town Council said: ‘I think it is important that the developer continues working with the community to ensure the development proceeds in the best interests of both the local community and themselves.’
