Recently a fascinating 40 second animation of the mill site in Milford in the 1950s created by Evans Vettori Architects for Derwent Valley Mills using old photographs has been discovered. It shows the impressive extent of the South Mill, covering the site of what is now Soi Kitchens and the Strutt Arms car park. The mill site was demolished in 1964, being deemed of no importance.
