Belper Apple Day will be held from 11 – 4 on Sunday 17th October, at the Belper Community Hall, Bridge Street, Belper (just behind the old library). Apple Day is organised by Transition Belper, and is an all-age celebration of apples, their cultivation and use. A wide variety of English apples will be on display, with opportunities to taste a range of these, and learn about their cultivation and many uses in cooking, play, and community life. Apple dishes and refreshments will be available on site and nearby.
