After last year’s success, Belper Town Council are organising another plant market, on Belper Market Square 10.00am – 3.00pm on Sunday 12th May.
Two community groups in Milford will be having stalls there. Blooming Milford will be raising funds to enhance their community gardens and orchards in the village and help with their entry of the village into the Britain in Bloom competition. Bridge View Allotments will be raising funds to help cover their legal fees to transfer the allotment land from the Strutts to the allotment holders, guaranteeing the future of the allotments (and The Greenspace, which is also on the allotments.)
