Congratulations to Sarah Marley and husband David of Chevin Green Farm who have received a prestigious award from Michelin. Their tea-themed Bed & Breakfast is one of only five newcomers across Britain to win a coveted place in the Michelin Guide 2015. It’s also one of the few B&Bs to be listed alongside 66 hotels.
The Farm also won the Bib Hotel award.
‘This is a wonderful accolade’ says Sarah, who only started the B&B three years ago, though the 350 year-old farm has been in Sarah’s family since 1929.
The Michelin Guide Editor Rebecca Burr says she is full of admiration for Chevin Green Farm. ‘It’s a husband and wife team working very hard to deliver great service and accommodation for their guests. They have developed an interesting theme around one of their own passions, but the key factors in achieving the Bib Hotel award are good hospitality, good accommodation and good value.’
