The restaurant will include a 40-seater function room, a buffet server and an outside space that it shares with The Strutt Arms next door.
The finished restaurant will offer a ‘huge range ‘of different styles of food, including Japanese Gyoza, Chinese stir fries, Moroccan Tagines, Mexican Tacos, Malaysian Mie Goren, Mediterranean pizza and pastas and Greek Mezze.
It is thought that the restaurant owners – Milford Taverns – are the same company refurbishing the Strutt Arms and they are concentrating on getting the Mill House up and running before finishing the Strutt.
